This number left a message - its from "My Eye" optometrist.  This number is out of NC and Im in MD.  I had blocked my local "My Eye" office from calling because they called too much.  So I guess they resorted to another way to contact.  There are many more optometrists out there - if we wanted to go back we would.

Same here, except I'm in DE.  I had blocked their number before because I will never go back there and they won't stop calling.  Yet here they are, calling from a different area.  It's ridiculous.

Do you always lookup and post about numbers that you know are good?  I'm thinking My Eye is doing damage control since prior posters report harassing sales calls.

Also your story about "glasses are ready for pickup" don't make a lot of sense. You ordered from a place in NH, and the calls are coming from NC?  That seems like a long drive to pick up glasses.

Received same call from My Eye Doctor. What annoys is that I have them blocked, yet they still somehow are able to leave phone messages. What's going on? The only way to unsubscribe is to send a request via email - and give them my email account???! Not a chance. Am reporting this as a phone crime.

Local optical shop got bought out by this outfit. Started getting calls from local number. I didn't want to block bc I have bought glasses there before. Now they use this number and want me to send an email to get off the calling list, like I would seriously do that?! I have blocked this and local number and will never do business with them again.

You had an established business relationship and they made legal calls to you?  Then you had a very simple solution to opt out of those calls and you were what, scared to take it?  Why?  The law says that you can stop those calls simply by telling them.

My Eye Dr is the absolute worst. I have blocked a million different versions of their spam calls and they always find a new number to use. I will never go back to them because of this. I've never been so harassed by a single company like this. And I HAVE asked to be removed from their list.

Myeyedr called at 10:45 pm EST and left a message to schedule an appointment, waking everybody in the house.  TCPA violation.  They already have a class action suit against them for TCPA violations (calling cell phones).  I called them and told them that I'd never return as a customer and to remove my phone number.  The desk clerk raised her voice and rudely said allow 90 days to be removed.

If it is My Eye Dr, I just blocked the call.

apparently, according to the vm I just received from them, (lucky I left the phone home, cause I was in church when they called...however I wouldn't have answered the phone anyway with an unknown area-code...) the robocall center they use for reminders must be in NC...it did properly ID the office I go to & their office # if I had any questions. maybe it's the schedule that the call center uses that all should be complaining about...I'll be verifying on Mon.

I received this call last night at  1:15 AM  from  My Eye Doctor -To let me know my glasses was ready for pick up  in California Md  ---- I thought  what the hell are they calling me that time a night REALLY --IT  better never happen again

Sunday 10/24/21 at 9:30pm, MyEyeDr. called to remind me of an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks away. Tuesday 11/2/21 at 12:30am, same call from same number to tell me my eye glasses are ready for pick up. I haven't been to MyEyeDr. yet, so whose glasses am I picking up and why call at 12:30am?
Something smells rotten in Raleigh, N.C. where these calls are coming from.

They keep calling and emailing me to pick up my glasses when the glasses were already picked up weeks ago…

Call all the,  they almost damaged my eyes in 2021.  Wouldn't usr them again.y

I think they use this NC number (their home office maybe) to notify that glasses are ready at local store. Unfortunately since I don't answer calls from strange numbers.

That is possible, there have been more posts since I put mine up in '21.
Safe to say this outfit is not getting any rave reviews - other than a couple of shill posts.

Got a call and showed as 919-301-9298 from Myeyedr on caller ID in NC. Since I do see an eye Dr at myeyedr (except in Texas not No Carolina) I answered. No one replied. I called back - got hung up on.  I called my local doctor and asked if they called or if home office called about my glasses being ready. The office Mgr. Said no and offered to look up this number (I told him I could do that myself, I just didn't want to make a trip if my glasses suddenly weren't ready). He said, nope that number means nothing fir myeyedr in Google search. However, I've found many complaints here especially in 2021. Well, it's 2023, thought I'd contribute to the nonsense of this issue that might be getting started again.  Please don't ask me other questions about this issue on this forum, I won't be monitoring this. Just thought someone will appreciate knowing myeyedr scheduling and alert system is messed up!
