I received an EMAIL from someone purporting to be William Brown of Pro Interior Design Company leaving this phone number, and asking me to quote on a specialty product from my industry with very specific details.  He left info@prointeriorcompany.com for my reply.

Same pattern here. I quoted and shipped a 1st order, that he payed by credit card.   When he received it, he asked to reorder a second order 10 times bigger. I asked for e e-transfer this time, and he cancelled the order. Super shady.  Happy I didnt agree with the credit card, I'm affraid he will do a charge back on the first order....

I received an email asking for 300 t-shirts to be sent to his daughter in West Fargo ND, for her wedding.  Her name is Nancy Brown at 942 Albert Dr. W #58078.  Was give an email of info@prointeriorcompany.com to use, when he sent the email from williambrown2g8@gmail.com.  VERY SUSPICIOUS!!!

this person is a scammer, they contacted me about getting 300 T-shirts also for his daughters wedding. THIS IS A SCAM!

Got an email that stated this: To Whom it may concern,
My name is Mr. William Brown Owner of Pro Interior Design Company. I am interested in placing an order with your company since you are a dealer for the item in question.I would like you to get back to me how much it will cost your company to special order the following item below.

I called the number and TOTAL SPAM!!

I received the exact same email as Christine Lenfant.

I just received this exact email tried calling no answer but then another response to my email. I think I’m gonna pass after seeing this. Did he cancel first cc payment?

Same thin just happened to me for window treatments.

Got one from this "William Brown" as well for blinds- if he were legit he wouldn't be contacting other companies to buy stuff, he'd have is own account.  There's no such business named PRO INTERIOR DESIGNER COMPANY  in the USA.  CLASSIC SCAM!

same thing - below is exact email I got; I didn't take action but it seems that whoever is doing whatever they are trying to do, does some research about what company offers and then tries to engage with specific requests so that you may reply to them (aka social engineering) - stay safe out there:
