Who is this...calls 4 5 times a day and they never leave a message

They keep calling , never leave msg  On the DNC list but that does not matter. The govt refuses to deal with these scammers.

Bill,  how do you know who they are if they don't leave a msg and you don't talk to them?   The DNC was created for and exists now with the sole and only intended purpose of limiting the number of telephone sales calls to those on the DNC list,  by those legitimate businesses that are Registered with the FTC as Telemarketing companies,  purchase the DNC list monthly,  and are registered in the FTC data base as such.
Scammers do need to be dealt with by the government,  but by the law enforcement agencies.    The DNC is just a "LIST" .

Reporting these numbers to the FTC may eventually stop these people but it takes time and consistent reporting.  I report every number that calls me illegally and I also get the FTC's Penn Corner (about monthly) email where I see the results of my reporting.  These idiots at 919-926-0188 as follows:  said his name was Jordan from the  Veteran Alliance team so I asked him why he was calling me since I am on the DNC list and he responded the funny thing about this is I am not calling from my real phone number so you can report me but it won't do any good.  I told him a few choice words and hung up and now I will do the online complaint reporting with the FTC for the DNC.

Bogus operations never have been and never will be interested in the law.

Calls several times a week.  Leaves no message.  If call is answered, caller hangs up
