Call everyday and they don't lv a message, how do i stop them from calling?

Your unwanted calls.  Next time they call you can do several things;:1.Leave the phone off the hook..2.Get a whistle and blow into the speaking part of your phone. 3. If you recognize the the number that is calling, pick up the phone and say something like "Hold on", and pretend you're saying this to your husband etc. "John, what time will you be off duty at the station tonight? Are you still on patrol with Mike? And next: Hopefully you have a phone that shows the number caling you. Write it down and put the times,date that it calls you. Report this number to the phone company with your list of unwanted calls. Leave the phone off the hook.

called twice in 5 minutes.  just let it ring and go to voice mail.  no message.
