This is Finance Systems, a collection agency. Like others, they also fail to identify themselves when leaving messages, knowing that most would not call them back if they did identify themselves.

Left message to call them back - did not say who they were or what they wanted. Looked up on internet, says it a collection agency that uses aggressive tactics. Since I have not received a letter from them explaining who they are and who they represent, I am not going to call them back. Caller ID says FSGB and 920-431-2100 but message says to call back 920-431-7227.

Same thing hear just left a message asking to call that number back and sounded very rude.  I know I owe nobody nothing so they can kiss my you know what.

Received call today while I was out of the house from 920-431-2100. My husband took a call back number from a "Dea Brown" of 920-431-7238 and when asked if he could leave a message, she said it was business and hung up. I tried to call the number back, but the line went to the Outagamie Cty Housing department.

I never received  a phone call since I moved, but yes before I moved I got them.  Today infact I received a letter in the mail, how they got my address is beyond me as I don't have a listed phone. It regarding a collection file from somewhere, no name, address, or phone to tell me what this bill was for. NICE. I tried to call them, but all it said was to leave a name and phone,,,I DON'T THINK SO!!!!

Got a call from this # and no msg was left so I googled the # and this is what I found. So glad I didn't answer. Lol.

I just received a call from them. I'm assuming this is the same number that has been calling me for months but they never leave a message. I do know I owe money but they didn't tell me how much. I don't feel like calling back.

I had a call from these people about two years ago. It is indeed a collection agency, and while there are laws against using predatory tactics to collect medical debts, FSGB didn't seem to get that memo. I'm not the only American with medical debt resulting from a battle with cancer, and I'm also not the only American who wishes I could pay them but am completely strapped.

It's very important to note that, if you have a legitimate debt for which they are calling, the 7-year period before the debt is expired WILL renew if you answer their call and discuss it with them. That goes for any debt you may have under collections.

Their caller I.D. Name and Number is FSGB - 920-431-2100. They will not leave a message on an answering machine, as this would not benefit them in the long-run.
