they won't give up! How do they find people that are willing to be a professional pest! have they no dignity?

This is JJ Keller who is the premiere safety, training, and compliance material provider.  For decades they have had one of the best proprietary telemarketing systems around.  And yes, they do like to market anyone who has purchased materials for update subscriptions.  The federal government is very good at keeping busy making many irrelevant "changes" to regulatory wording, adding wording, changing regulations slightly, etc.  Normally you have had to be a customer of theirs before they will call you.  I just received another promotional $200 3-inch thick manual for free.  I expected this missed call marketing for the upgrades.  I pay a small fortune for on-line access to their Kelleronline system, so I don't need their updates.  As a safety consultant, I can say I've done business with them for decades, and they are a reputable company with excellent products--if you have the need for them.  And yes, they are great at telemarketing, but also almost always very polite and should take you off their call list if you so request.

look, JJ KELLER will call if you hit on their site. It's their job. if they call yoou by mistake..then clam down, drink a glass of water and take it for what it is..a mistake.

they called me today. because i went to their site a while back. the sites generate a list. pretty simple. they might not call you for a while but this number is a legitimate business. unlike 201 numbers.

If I didn't ask some busy to call and solicit me I don't want them to.  How about I call your number right now.. just because you went to this site?  I know you don't want me to but I'm going to do it anyway.  Just calm down though.

I keep getting calls from 920-722-2848. I don't need the hassle of my phone ringing every 10 minutes with their crap!

They are not supposed to call if you are on the Do Not Call List.

If you call and leave a message with a company regarding the services you would like to provide for them and they do not return your call that means they do not want or need your business and they should just stop harrasing you by phone you shouldnt have to tell them to take you off there call list if you have chosen not to waste your time in calling them back. By not calling them back common sense would tell you we dont want to do buisness with you, So stop waisting everyones time and move on. And FYI nothing is for free. you may think you got a free 3 inch manuel for free. but just wait, the bill is in the mail. you will pay for that manuel one way or the other so dont fool yourself! It's telemarketing why would they give anything a way for free. yor paying for it you just have figured it out yet.

Instead of getting upset hen JJ Keller calls why don't you ask if they have a good spelling and grammar course. Perhaps you should try and get something productive from your indignation. As k them not to call and they will stop.

It's not only the constant sales calls - it's also the fact that they clog up the voicemail box with minutes of music.  It wouldn't hurt them to leave a message, if they want people to consider their products.  Also, if one is already a customer, one doesn't need to be constantly reminded of their products and services.

I went to JJ Keller and found a "free" HR manual, in which I ordered because I hold a BBA in management with a minor in HR.  When I requested the manual I was offered the chance to purchase "updates" to the book so many times a year as HR law changes, if I wanted to pay for the update service I would have signed up for them when I requested the FREE manual.  I wanted the manual as a reference book for personal use to brush up further on my HR as it was only a minor.  
I just receved a sales call informing me they have 150 pages of updates to the book and for a mimimal fee I can receive these updates.  Along with this phone call I receive one to two emails A DAY from this company.  I guess it is true what that nothing is free as this company has driven me crazy since I requested the "FREE" manual.  
Very annoyed with thtis company and have not inteent on calling them back today or ever as I do not wish to purchase the updates.  I requested the manual to give me a starting point in which to find basic intformation that can be reviewed and checked through the internet.  I am also annoyed that only received the book about a month ago... how many HR laws could have changed that drastically in the last month that I would need 150 pages of updates..???????????

I too get annoyed with not only their phone calls but we also get slammed with junk mail both at the office and at home. They are keeping the recycling business pretty busying I must say! And this is from us signing up and taking their Forklift certification.

Hey all of you.  I work at J.J. Keller.  I just want you all to know that the sales people who call you are good people with families.  Many of the people I work with got this job out of college and are young people trying to make a living.  I do not call you because I am trying to sell you something.  I call current subscribers to a product to renew their subscription.  I've had may receptionists yell at me and even people who are subscribers before I can even say why I'm calling start belittling me.  None of you hear the name of the person calling, all you hear is J.J. Keller.  We are people too.  J.J. Keller has been around since the 1950s.  We are in the business of business to business sales, we are not calling you at home after hours (we are only open 7-5 cst) to try and upgrade your cable or phone service.  You have no idea how many days in the last 4 years I've cried because of people treating me like I'm a piece of crap.  Please treat us like human beings!  If you do not want to continue receiving calls the polite and humane way to handle this is by simply picking up the phone and asking to be placed on a Do Not Call List.  Thank you!

All Telemarketers are rude as far as I am concerned, they interrupt our business for their sales crap & we'd rather answer calls from our customers or prospective customers.  You may be human too but 99% of you are VERY RUDE!
