Fraudulent Contact Info: The phone number (925) 231-4922 has been officially flagged on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Scam Tracker under malicious entities like "IP Counsel Pro".The Tactic: Scammers use real attorney details to threaten business owners, falsely claiming that a third party is trying to register their business name as a trademark. They then demand immediate "expedited filing fees" to block the registration
