Looks like telemarketer/thieves called / hung up

try to report to police.

Uverse says the caller id is Anne Willcoxon. There's one in Moraga...

they need to stop this caller, same caller ID calls too much!

Rang 4 times, they hung up, rang 4 more times. I didn't answer it.

They called last night, no message.

When called back to this number the recording said that :"the phone call cannot be answered this time, call back again" and left no message the first time,

No msg. Caller ID says WILCOXON ANNE.

Please block this number. Thanks!

Hong, I'm afraid that no one at this web site has the ability to block a phone number for you.  This is merely a place to tell others about your experience with a call from a particular number.  You may want to check with your phone service provider to see if call blocking is available.  Alternatively there are phones and call blocking devices that you can purchase.  Good luck.

WILCOXON ANNE came up on the ID. Rang at 6pm on the nose. Didn't leave a message. I figure it's the same old spam calls.

I also just received Willcoxon Anne on my caller ID. Didn't leave a message and I didn't pick up. They also called from this same number two months ago. I have now added that number to my CallBlocker so they won't get through again...........at least from this number.

The caller ID says Anne Willcoxon and I've gotten at least 3 calls from this number.  Finally decided to answer and the caller hung up on me.  Number is now blocked and hopefully I won't get any more calls from other number by this person.

They have called before, caller ID says  "Anne Wilcox",  925 239-6433 , I answered and said hello, an older guy was talking to someone and then hung up on me. I called back and it went to a recorded message that says this number not answering at this time. Another scammer, having a home phone line is getting to be ridiculous as it is becoming a nuisance!

Same as others, caller ID is Anne Willcoxon, who is a political lobbyist and fundraiser for Don Perata. Her husband is chief counsel and lobbyist for one of the largest Northern California general contractors. A large amount of money raised by this team for a cancer charity is paid out to former Perata staff members. So ostensibly this is a nonprofit but is (IMHO) just a fancy scam.

Did not leave a message. Dialing back the number says about "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls from others......" Hope that they stop calling me....recording in two languages and ends with Message 24 CA mo....What does his mean?

Calls many evenings. Always hangs up when I answer.

My caller ID says this is a cell phone.  But nobody there altho the line is open.  
I got this great suggestion to help stop these calls on this very website, IF your phone/phone service allows try this:  
Dial *60 and activate call screening on your phone, then follow the instructions/prompts.
Press 2 to add numbers to be screened
Press # to add the previous caller (and the automated voice repeats the number so you're sure it's the one to be added)
You can then press 9 to end the call or be prompted to add more numbers.  
VERY cool feature that has already noticeably cut down the number of calls we receive daily.  

Call came in with a local caller ID.  A man (using a long drawl in his voice inflection)  requested to speak to my husband (but didn't specify his name).  When I asked for the reason of the call, he said that he is from BH construction and was calling about home improvement estimates.  I replied that we were "good" and that we are also on a do not call list.  He then got very angry and stated that the list does not apply to him and that he wasn't going to comply. He hung up as I told him that I would be reporting him and his number.
