    The caller i.d. said 208 258 1812. A voice, unidentified, said that fraudulent activity has been associated with my social security number. They didn't bother to say if it was my wife's or my social security number, in fact, it was just a recording. I was instructed to call 925 247 1812 as soon as possible or legal proceedings would begin against me. My comment, "Make my day."

    Same thing, robot called that left a voicemail stating possible legal proceedings would begin however when I called back, it is a constant busy tone.  I'm very sure it's a scam.
