You have not described anything that was being done and what evidence are you talking about?
Did this "man or women" call you from this number and tell you they took money from your account?

If someone took money from your account, then you simply call to the institution of your account and dispute it.

This number is for SmartPay Lease,  did you lease a cell phone from a carrier and have it deducted from your account??? That's my best guess.  Did someone call you from this number?  Have they told you they are deducting money?  Generally this number just shows up on the debit transaction on your bank account beside the merchants name.

If you did not approve a lease or the transaction. You can call your bank,  file a claim and dispute it.

Do you actually think that you will get a refund by posting here?  Here is a thought, maybe you should be contacting your bank about this?

This number showed up beside a fraud charge on my account. Took almost $200, called my bank and got it figured out but its upsetting to see this happening to so many people.

Same thing happen to me and disputed it with my bank.  Here's the kicker, they identified there entry as metropcs but my phone carrier checked into it and said it's fraud, not them. They identify them as a third party using that name. Now my bank denied reversal of charges stating that I had prior transactions with them. I have not which means they have been doing this under a false name and had all my info.

Your post makes no sense.  If you did not have prior business with Metro PCS then there should be no charges on your past statements.  If there are then you haven't been going over your statements every month like you should have been doing.

$48.99 was removed from my bank account and I filed a claim. Bank said I was charged in New Hampshire when I live in California. Description was as: SmartPay-CellularmartC 925-2986109 NH. These are Scammers per Bank Investigators. It is not Smart Pay, the scammers just have the name as: SmartPay-CellularmartC 925-2986109 NH. Investigation was said that the transaction was in a cell Mart in New Hampshire with my debit card, but I was in the bank the same 15 minutes it happened with my debit card in hand in California. These scammers are getting smart. Please do not have your Metro PCS monthly payments set to autopay. Do not buy games or game purchasing on your phone, do not store your debit card on your phone, these hackers work at Cell Phone Markets and metro pcs stores so they have access. I was finally refunded the money months later. Just reach the bank and set up a claim. I had a call from this number days before and they just hanged up the phone after asking me if I wanted to sign up for cell phone payments and I said I did not buy a phone recently who is this.
