Got a call at 11:10 A.M. EST here today. No message.

I did not answer they did not leave message.

Scam.  Received call on my cell phone.  Said student loan was flagged .....  I hung up before the call finished.  We never had a student loan in our family.  Added number to my reject list.

Same. Two min ago

I picked up. A recorded message stated 'this is a reminder that your student loan account has been flagged for a reduced rate!' I hung up after that.

These dirtbags are one of several groups, mostly in californication. They are dope sniffing morons who don't work but get handouts from the other morons in our society, the government. They spoof the numbers, that is they have the means to grab any phone number and make it appear they are calling from that number, whether or not it's issued to a legitimate subscriber. If you have a smart phone, you can put them on the reject list. Otherwise you will have to continue to monitor your incoming calls.

I received a phone call from this number. The automated message said something about a student loan I have. I don't have a student loan. It asked me if I wanted to speak with a customer rep and I pressed the number to get on their don't call list. My call was placed into a voicemail to leave a message.

I am the national registry for do. It call yet received a call from this company. Please don't do business with this company. Seems shady. Maybe a scam, not sure?

Thanks for the tip on blocking the phone number.  I didn't know smart phone had that feature. I've never had this problem before.

Same here,i called  back 3 times , I got "we could not complete your call ,try again".

I dont appreciate it when i get calls and they hang up on me when i answer and when i try to call back it ends imideatly.

I got a voicemail of a recording telling me that my student loan was flagged for a rate and payment reduction with a possible principal forgiveness.  I don't have student loans.

Calling our company line.  When you call back it says call cannot be completed.  They continue to call and no one is ever there??
