No message left.

I received a missed call from this number on Oct. 25, 2016. I noticed that it was a local number so I called back and all I got was a busy signal. Then today I received a call from a similar number 925-891-7153  during dinner and I did not answer. When I called it back it was a message that said " thanks for calling. The survey you were called about is now finished" not sure if these calls are from the same place because they are different numbers but the numbers are very similar.

This number called me 3 times in the past 2 days. Not sure who it is but they haven't left a voicemail so no idea who it is. Most likely spam.

Somebody called me from this number and hung up immediately. No message left, I have no idea who's calling.

Same, just called and as soon as my machine picked up they hung up.

It's a number of a spa hot tube busines, trying to sell stuff. Basically spam but with a living person.
