Rec'd several calls from 925-948-9155.  Caller ID says "Dantz".  Doesn't leave a message.  Very annoying.  Will be blocking this number.

received 2 calls yesterday and one today from DANTZ 925-948-9155.  I did not answer the first 2 calls, but did answer today.  No one would respond, but I heard muffled talking in the background then the call was disconnected.

Probably ten years ago I subscribed to American Cowboy magazine because it was just a dollar or two. It was junk. Since then somebody's called probably once a year asking me to renew, but in the last week Dantz has called me at least four times from (925) 948-9155 and hung up when my answering machine picked up. Finally I spoke to them.

They wanted me to renew my subscription.

If this company is harassing you and you subscribed to some crap magazine in the past, they're probably trying to get you to renew.

I am going to contact American Cowboy magazine and tell them to get this company to stop this. I suggest you do the same.

When you pick up, if there is an operator available, they'll ask for you by name.  They'll ask if you want to renew a magazine subscription.  They're violating the DO NOT CALL list.  So BUYER BEWARE.  Companies who violate the law are probably CROOKS.  If they'll break the law to make a sale, what do you suppose they'll do once they have your credit card information?  I would recommend not answering any calls from this number.

Got the phone call twice on my work cell phone today- which I hardly even use. 10:28am and 12:40pm (Central time) No voicemail was left either time.  I never answer calls from numbers I dont recognize- but when they call my work phone- I have no choice! Luckily I was away and missed it both times. So annoying.

5 phone calls yesterday and 1 so far today. Make it stop.

Been receiving several calls a day from this number over the past several weeks.  I usually don't answer however I did a couple of times and no one was on the line.  I picked up the call today, waited several seconds and someone came on the line.  I was asked for by name.  I was then advised that since I had been such a great customer with "Media Hub" , they would be sending me a $100.00 voucher which could be used at Walmart or some other store.  In addition, they would send prepaid subscriptions for 5 magazines at no cost.  At that point, I told them I wasn't interested and I was immediately hung up on.  I've had similar calls in the past whether from this company or another and the catch is they tell you that you need to help pay for the postage and handling of your free magazines.  If you agree to this, you are locked in at some high amount, charged to your credit card for 2-3 years which pays for your magazines, voucher etc. several times over.  What's even more disturbing is I have never had an account with "Media Hub" so some magazine I do take may be selling customer lists/phone numbers.  I must also mention the caller ID says Dantz but that is not the name they identify themselves as when you speak to them.

I have been getting calls from Dantz SEVERAL times a day for over a month. They never leave a message and the one time that I did answer, no one replied.

Have been receiving calls from these guys for at least a month....often several times a day.  On one occasion the caller said he'd take my name off their list.  The calls were related to "Sailing World" magazine.

They called four times today.  Each time, when I saw the name on my caller-ID, there was a lag between when I picked up the phone and when a live person got on the line, giving me time to hang up before they started their sales pitch.  But four times in one day?  I assumed they were selling something, or maybe  calling on behalf of political candidates, but in either case, I didn't give them time to talk.  But the repeated calls are very annoying.

I did report them to FCC already. You all need to do the same

I get call every day...except Sunday. It is a company that tries to offer you additional discounts for renewal magazine subscriptions. I have done everything to saying take me off list, wrong number, and the party you are looking for has passed away...I still get the calls. The have told me at least 10 times they weould remove my number, but i guess telling them the person is dead means they can still call.

I called the number back and got a recording stating to have my number added to the do not call list.  To do this enter your number followed by the pound sign.  I do so, time will tell if it will actually take care of the problem.

I've gotten calls from these people too, but only in the last two days.  I've already filed a complaint with the FCC.  I would ask everyone to keep in mind that this is an illegal call center faking their caller ID.  The *real* Dantz Development Company develops computer backup and restore software... why would THEY be offering you magazine subscriptions?  Plus, Dantz's *real* phone number begins with 925-425-3xxx, so this is OBVIOUSLY not them!

I have been getting annoying calls from the number  925-948-9155. I never answer, bur they call sun up to dark daily. They are very agrivating. There is never a message.

Three calls from this number today... no one responds when I pick up... I am on the Do Not Call List as well... that doesn't work apparently... the first call today was at 6:30 AM this morning.

Recieved 12 calls within the last 3 days , 4 alone today,when I answer they hang up the phone.My husband answered one call today and  they asked for me when he asked who is calling  they hung up.Got one about 2 hrs ago and I was getting a little upset,told them to stop calling us they didn't like that and hung up.We entered twice to put us on a nocall list  and seems they don't get  it is getting very annoying! Just had another one about 20 min.ago when I answerd they hung up .We have caller ID and it says every time they call

Repeated calls.  Morning, afternoon and night.  How do we stop this nonsense?  We are on the do not call list.

These numb-nuts call numerous times every day, I answered twice and they hung up, after that I check the caller ID and when I see it’s them I let it ring.  The calls are annoying and I too have listed my phone on the “Do Not Call List”, but somehow they’ve circumvented the process.  I will now file a complaint with the folks at “Do Not Call”.
