Left message, "Are you there"

Received a call from 928-236-5358 and caller id said Somerton, AZ. I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail.

Answered and a robot voice said "Hello this is Stephen how are you" and I hung up

Pretended to be with the police department asking for donations!!

I got a call from this number twice.  Both times I picked up but no one on the other end said anything. Eventually they hang up.

called my cell phone, I answered, nobody there.

Harrasment

unknown number. No one on line when answered.

I got call from this number 10/24/2017, I didn't receive it since it was an unknown # but I called back when I checked my call log and saw multiple calls from these 928-236-5358/5364 etc no missed.. and  responses were "Hello this is Steven, Thank you for calling back" I was quiet and  again "hello, are you there?" I cut the call since it was unknown voice...

Thugs begging for money, ugh, so sick of then and their 50 numbers to block.

Fake charity (Fraternal Order Of Police) begging for donations. Not a real human on the phone,as they talked over me.

Was live caller from "Arizona FOP", yep, right!

This number called and hung up on my answering machine.  Must not be important.  Now blocked!!

CID displayed (928)23605358 AZ OP.  After doing quick search occurs to me this is PROBABLY fund-raiser for Az. Fraternal Order of Police.  YEARS ago, I donated to FOP -- and have since told them "take me OFF your list/s."   I haven't verified this is FOP - but not big leap to get from OP (order of police) to FOP (fraternal order of police) - IF it is, shame on them for robocalling when they've been directed NOT to!

Actually, in AZ the FOP *does* solicit for donations.  They use an extremely dishonest company called "Outreach Marketing" (formerly "PFR")

This is a company called "Outreach Marketing" doing telemarketing calls for AZFOP (Arizona Fraternal Order of Police).  Outreach Marketing used to be called "PFR" and in 2014 came under fire for keeping 96 cents of every dollar raised for another police organization.  The FOP gives nothing back to the community - they just collect money for their lodges. If you don't believe me, look it up.

"ARIZOF.O.P." on CID.  If these a**holes can't even compose their CID msg properly--screw 'em!  And their backwater phone company that composed it.  Which I'd do anyway after hearing about the phone methods uses by these FOP creeps.
