This number has called my cell phone a few times.  Never leaves a voice mail and am just too afraid to call these scammers back.  Does anyone know who these people are?

Chinese scam

I gotta call from them saying that they were from spectrum. Offering streaming services but the number is suspicious

Got a call from them today. Didnt pick up so I’m sure who this was

How do you know if it is Chinese Scam?
I have tried googling this number and found just this post. Can you share further?

Spectrum. I was surprised by the number but the 888 number she gave at the end (in case I changed my mind) seemed legit

Well, I can say that IF I DID answer the phone...which I did NOT....I'd want to know if they bought any MINE or AACS stock for the hell of it first.
I don't answer the phone if I think "telemarketer" or don't recognize the caller, anyway, but the fact that the stock I bought doesn't make the money I want it to make, just gives me "added incentive," I feel, to burn bridges of all solicitors, harassers, pestering, gang stalking types, who demand from me but meet none of my specific demands....if that's the "type" who's retrieved my number from parts unknown and keeps calling.
I honestly don't know who's calling from 1-929-299-5749.
I read it's Spectrum but I don't recognize it as any Spectrum/Time Warner number I've seen before.
