One web said it was a robo call.  Caller didn't speak but I could hear tons of other people talking on phones in the background.

Called, but no one speaking. Caller ID said SKYPE

Caller ID showed Skype.  I did not pick up. Stopped after 4 rings. No message

Caller ID was Skype.  Did not leave a message

Calling my cell phone that's on the do not call list.  Plus I don't give my # out to businesses.
So that makes this a scammer calling

This is just a scam, it is in no way Dayton Power & Light because they don't even have my cell phone number to begin with.  Plus I didn't give my # out to anyone either.

Caller ID from Bowersville, Oh. Small community of less than 350 people.
31 miles southeast of Dayton, Oh.
So more than likely a telemarketer scammer.
Since NOT in my contacts; sent straight to voicemail. No voicemail left.
Blocked this number.
Do NOT answer and Do NOT call back.
Then they know it is a legitimate phone number; and resell to other Call Listers.
Bad enough; the State of Ohio BMV sells our personal information.

Caller ID said Skype, didn't answer so don't know for sure but probably a fake DP&L call since I've gotten a lot of those from various numbers.

They call but don't leave a message.

My call with this number came from Afghanistan🤬😡

Caller called again today.  Sounds like a Jamacian

Caller ID said Skye.  In broken English, caller offered a 25%discount to people with electric bills over $100.  What a joke, just another scam!
