    Mr Pearlman

Defending scammers? Hard up for clients?

    Ever practiced before the SEC?

And as for the illiterate [***] who posted this toxic waste, maybe your attorney can explain the difference between libel and slander, and might even help you spell those words correctly. He would also explain that something has to b e UNTRUE to qualify as either, so this in and of itself lets this, as well as your victims and potential victims who have posted here, off the hook! We hope you waste all your money on attorney fee so Mr. Pearlman can make a few more boat payments LOL!

In the meantime, my IP address is 127.0.0.1. I'm eagerly waiting for you to sue me.

Oooooh Ooooooh!  Me too!  Me too!  I want to get sued!  Name me in the suit too!  Your company sucks rocks Mr. Pearlman!  What do you think of that?

It is disgusting scum sucking lawyers like you that make it acceptable for ambulance chasers to exist.  Good luck.  I can only hope that you would include ME in your suit.  That way you can be sure to get much more than you bargained for.

    PLEASE!  SUE ME TOO!!!

By the way, I don't think Mr. Pearlman is a lawyer at all.  He didn't finish his signed name with any of those fancy initials so I can only assume he is but an angry debt collector hiding under his affiliation with some law firm (if that.)

Mr.  Pearlman (if that is your real name), please include your bar number for verification of your attorney status so that you can be taken seriously (well, not really seriously.)  I would be more than willing to divulge my own.

Your lucky I don't call the bar and tell them what you are doing.  You are aware that it is illegal for an attorney to threaten to sue someone and then not file said suit?  So, I will be expecting that your suit should be filed or you will face charges and ethics violations within your own state bar.  I dare you to give us your bar number.  I dare you.

Funny, you are NOT listed as an attorney for this firm: http://www.qpwblaw.com/our_attorneys/our_attorneys.html

In fact I don't see you listed in the State Bar of Florida at all.  Go suck some eggs pal.

    I stand corrected, here he is: http://www.qpwblaw.com/offices/ft-lauderdale- ... b-pearlman.html

So Mr. Pearlman, you undoubtedly know the law concerning lawyers who threaten law suits in that you cannot threaten if you don't intend to file suit.  So, we are all waiting for your suit to be filed.  I can't wait.  PLEASE name me!  PLEASE!

After the term has expired for Florida concerning how long you have to file a suit, you will be served with failure to file lawsuit and extortion.

Lawyers only think they are above the law.  But not if they are held accountable by other lawyers.

U-m-m-m very unprofessional by all parties. I can't ever recall seeing a lawsuit initiated and debated in a forum such as this. Gentlemen there is a prescribed method and means for taking such legal action. I can promise you all that this website isn't one of them. My guess is all parties are BSers of the highest order.

I got similar call from +19413880044. First they were very polite and asked how much money I am willing to invest. They promised to contact me again and their specialist will give exact offer. Next day I got about 10 calls, I answered but nobody talked, every call was about 7 seconds.
Day after that I got 15 calls, every time I answered, nobody talked. I don’t know do they want that I call back. I didn’t.
Finally they spoke to me and when I told them politely that I am not interested then their specialist got very mad and told to me: go and live your miserable life in Estonia. No decent company allows that so I live my miserable life and they don’t get my money.

I am from Bulgaria and as far as I know scammers have not reached here so far ( to employ people and setup call centers ). There is nothing wrong to get a cold call about investments - of course if the caller is polite and has good etiquette. You never know who may do better for your investments :) However, if on the call they offer you a small cap, IPO or pre-IPO without to ask you for documentation and credit check info, this is mostly a scam. Easiest way to identify them is with the question "What is your qialification" - if the caller gets confised - 100% scammer. Most of them use pushing techniques and they target older people with promises for 50-100% cap growth. In this business, no matter how good you are, you cannot promise anything. If you do - you either will have issues for insider trading or for misleading a customer. They`ll also agree to sell you shares ( off market ) for 2-3 grand, a real stock broker won`t loose his time for anything under 10-15 grand ( I used to look for customers with at least 10 grand available for CFDs or 15 and up for equity ). Good luck with your investments guys and be carefull and ask them as many questions as you could before to do anything.

    Hi All,

    Be very careful.....

Mr Pearlman represents another company that was supposed to go public in 2005 ,IPO called Scorpion Performance inc . Promises of outlandish profits 500-600% were offered by very pushy Investor Relations Dept. I for one foolishly invested and here in 2011,There was no flotation or no chance of getting money back and the real kick was when i call they try and sell me more shares....
Once they bleed you they have no interest in talking to you.....
    These are dangerous people,BEWARE......

And the latest is GTG have Merged with Scorpion Performance and they will be based in OCALA FL.

    BEWARE EVERYONE.......

CTG have moved into Scorpion's new Ocala manufacturing plant ( just opened ). This move would make sense in reducing CTG operating costs and having manufacturing/research facilites close by. Wondering if anybody has financial info on gtg ?

As far as I'm aware their will be no new offerings of shares. I would surmise that the have sold the old factory in Ft.Lauderdale and that the proceeds have been used to fit out the new Ocala facility, which is now up and running. The new plant gives them a substantial increase in manufacturing capacity compared to the old factory which was running at full capacity. Interesting enough, they are behind with filing the accounts to year end 2010, who knows what these figures will show.

Hi everyone, I was informed that Scorpion Performance is going public this year (autum). Dealy was due financial crisis (does anyone know when preIPO was?). I have some GTG shares and they will neither float nor be bought (by aqusition) by beginn 2012, more likely in next 12-15 months (which is of course not 100% sure as many infos from IR Dep.). These are 2 way to cash this investment. But I am more and more sure (but still about 50%) that we will not loose our money. What flips me most is that on the beginning (2008) I was promised that flotation will be in 12-18 months. Now I can be only patient. Movement to Ocala seems to be a good move. Scorpion plant has an offical opening this summer (August as I remember). Did any of you visit GTG? As for as I know they invite everyone to do so (they even say to cover any expenses).

It seems likely that Scorpion Performance has "bought/merged" with CTG in order to achieve cost synergies within both businesses and the combined turnover would make Scorpion more attractive for an IPO. There's growth potential in the medical manufacturing side of the enlarged operation.
The year end 12/31/2010 figures have still to appear on the SEC website. The Ocala facility opened this year in March after much delays and the Ft.Lauderdale facility was put up for sale - $2.5 million was the sale price. The new facility has plenty of room for expansion if required. It's been a long hard road for Scorpion's investors as Stopanio has made some pretty unwise decisions [sic] with his investors capital and the company needs to find new avenues of revenue.
What was CTG's turnover/profit in the last year ?

Hello, Just got a call from "Derek" in Scorpion trying to sell more Pref Shares........

    I politely declined....!!

Surely all the original shares are now diluted/worthless because of so many shares sold to investors.

Despite the new facility we have to see huge growth/sales to achieve a decent return for investors upon flotation (thats if it ever happens),

How many shares are our there??
