interesting...I recently went to the Healthcare.gov site (the federal site for obamacare) but was able to secure a policy privately so I cancelled all of that, recalled my application. Now I have these folks calling from this number.  . Did our government sell my name and number?  Seems odd that all of a sudden I am getting calls.......

I thought the number of these calls had declined however I have received 2 calls this AM.  Both blocked!!

They called my phone. I didn't answer. I have been getting a lot of these calls. I have Verizon also. You can auto reject calls. You won't hear it ring. Go to your phone icon, press and hold the number you want to reject and a list of options will come up. Click auto reject. Problem solved. Many of the telemarketers have multiple numbers, so you have to click each one. Verizon only lets you block 5 numbers at a time but no limit on the auto reject.

No one who knows me or works with me would EVER call me before 8:30. This call came in on my cell at 8:15. I rejected it because the number was unfamiliar. There was no caller ID.

If you ever sign up on healthcare.gov website be prepared for relentless calls from a long list of numbers. I am certain they sell your phone number. I've been getting calls from this number and many others for last two years after I signed up. They sell your email address too. I created a brand new one just for that purpose to sign up and immediately began getting spam.
