They call once a week and never leave a voicemail. I don't answer calls when I don't know who it is from, they need to leave a message if they ever want to speak with me.

Called and did not leave a message.  Called again when I did answer they hung up

several calls in 2 days ..  no messages, just hang up's.  this is harrasment !!  

when i called them back i was treated rudely by a man who claimed i owed a bill.  i requested the calls stop and they verify the alleged debt.  thats when the man got rude and wanted to argue with me.  i again requested the harrasing hang up calls stop. Again,  the response was an fight where the collector wanted to tell me how he could continue to call me whenever he wanted.

i responded by hanging up and calling them back.   after speaking to a mamager/supervisor, and a return call from the same manager less than 10 minutes later,   it was discovered they had made a mistake and they were going to try to fix the issue.

the manager also claimed they only call every 3 days...  wrong.  its not my job to fix your company problems.  my caller id shows 5 calls in 3 days from the same #.  all hang-ups.

call me again and hang up -  i will be calling a atty.  i am tired of any collector claiming i owe without verifying i owe.  prove i owe...  its the law.  and stop harrasing me with calls untill you verify the debt.

Florida law restricts bill collectors to only talking to someone once a day, this includes voicemail messages. So, they don't leave voicemail messages because this allows them to call repeatedly throughout the day until they reach a person.

I talked to them. It was Gulf Coast Collections handling one of my husband's medical bills from a surgery he'd had a while ago. Insurance had paid this bill but it took some strong-arming to get them to pay what they were supposed to pay. I asked them numerous questions to verify that they weren't scamming me, took down a call-back number, and verified with the hospital that this bill was sent to this collector on the date they claimed to received it. Understand that a scam artist won't be able to answer detailed questions about their "client" or your account, they won't want to provide a call-back number and they're more likely to hang up and never call back once you tell them you're verifying information! I called Gulf Coast back to get their fax number. Over the next few days, the hospital and insurance faxed me copies of the claim and I faxed that to Gulf Coast. Gulf Coast called me one last time to notify me that the account has been closed without any negative marks to my credit report (I verified that it was true) and that the account has been closed. The next week, I received a letter stating the same.

Unless you actually owe a medical bill that you're avoiding paying for one reason or another, it's okay to answer the phone and talk to them. It may take some work to provide evidence, but they're a legitimate collection company that just might not have current account information. It's better to do the work to get the misunderstanding cleared up than have something like that show up on your credit report.

They have zero idea who they are calling....Thanks for the above number  cause no one answers the 1710 line

Called my job and a recording said "Please hold for an important message." Then it started playing some awful, corny music. I hung up!

I have asked this company to stoop calling me numerous times.  They are looking for someone that I have no knowledge of.  I've spoken to them on several occasions and asked them to stop.

I get a number of calls weekly with no message from this number.  I never answer these annoying unknown callers and never will.  So keep wasting you time people and I keep keeping track of all your calls for future use.  Have a nice day.

Call 3x's a day. no message

Collection Agent repeatedly calls but will not identify themselves nor any "Debt" they are trying  to collect.

calls constantly and does not leave message,no reason this company should be calling me for anything.

This number has called my phone several times for the last couple months it's stupid because I'm a 17 year old what could they possible want from me

We don't owe anyone any money.

They call everyday when I answer (not my machine), they say nothing and don't hang up either.  So today when I answered and no response I just sat the phone down. Haha

this number keeps calling and its a computer message,  where are all the humans gone?  and why do they keep calling . enough is enough. STOP CALLING ME! I am calling a lawyer.

Hey Someone,  If I could I would send you a great big raspberry. She probably did quite a lot of work to get that info and she did a great job.  I thought it was very interesting and if I were inclined to do as she suggests I'd really appreciate her efforts even more for making my job so much easier.  Closed- minded people really make this world an uglier place than it needs to be, and that's from a conservative!

It's some collection agency.  I stopped the person when they began their inquisition and asked if this call was directed specifically at me, they state 'no' and wanted to inquire regarding someone else. I replied, if it's not my name your looking for and this is my phone, do not call me again. They stated they shall remove my number from their list.

I have no idea who owes what, however I don't have any issue with a collection agency at all, never did.
If it's your phone, they are not permitted by law to harass you. Any additional calling is illegal and Morgan and Morgan Attys gladly pursue law suits vs these folks provided you don't erase their calling record.  More than 4 calls from the same number and it has nothing to do with you... see a good attorney.
