    Wanted me to run a VIN report from a link to a site called VIN CHECKER. I got the report, asked for an E-Mail to foreword, no response—scammer!

    No need to respond.  You were already scammed by buying that report.

    BigA is right; you have been scammed.  Now you need to do damage control.  Contact your bank or credit card provider (hopefully you were at least smart enough not to use a debit card) and let them know you were swindled, dispute the charge for the "report" (and any other charges you did not make) and request the card be closed and a new one issued.
