Called but didn't leave a message. Number blocked.

4 rings hang up, no message

Got a call from this number this morning. The guy said he was calling regarding my Edison electric bill. Said nothing was wrong with my bill but that he was calling to see if I had any savings on my electric bill. I said I don't know. He asked me if I could go and look at my bill to see. I said "no I don't have time". Then he said "when can I call you once you look at the bill?" I said "no I don't want to" and he asked "You don't want to?" I said "Ya, I don't want to talk to you, you sound like you're in a boiler room". He said "Whoa!!!" and I hung up on him. Seems like another scam.

Call, no message left.  I blocked the number as I get frequent spam calls from Canadian pharmacies and credit card consolidators who always change their numbers.
