A lady called about a listing I have on zillow. She left a voicemail. Haven't called back yet.

I did to. What state do you live in. I'm from Iowa.

She called me back and wanted to know if she wanted to put my house on her For Sale By Owner site. I said no.

The VM stated her name is Andrea Riggs and she called me regarding our house listing on Zillow.  I called her back and left a VM requesting she leave me a detailed message. She did not call back. Hmmm.

Same deal as above. She (Andrea Riggs) called about my house for sale on Craigslist. Called back no answer. Just wasting my time.

Same deal today 5/29/15. 'Andrea' saw my FSBO on ??Hot Tubs or Hot homes..........no call back as of yet.

I'll report her to Zillow.

Was called by what sounded like a teenage girl. Wanted me to put my ranch on aFSBO  site. Then a guy came on and I hung up. They got my property from Zillow.

Hello:) Yes Andrea also called me a day or two after I posted on zillow.
She also stated she owned a For Sale By Owner Company and she would list my home for sale by owner for free.
I asked her WHY?
She stated she wished to obtain more listings on her site and it was free with no charge to me.
I asked if she ws in florida and she would not say other than the fact she lists nationwide.
I told Thank you , but No thank you.
She then said I must be confused because she is for sale by owner.
I then told her No, you are confused because I said No thank you.
She then hung up on me.
The addage "Uou get nothing for Nothing " is still true:)
Saty Well and God Bless
Larry

I got the same Andrea Riggs story as all the others after our house was listed on Zillow. Glad all of you before me posted about her. I'll be more wary from now on.Thanks!!

Andrea also called about our home on Zillow (which is for sale by owner). We returned the call, no call back.

She represents Fizber.com.  I initially agreed to allow them to mirror my listing one their website but after a quick google, I called back and revoked my permission.  She did call me back and was polite and professional but I decided not to let them use it.
