A weird no message and no answer caller that lives in Orange County California and uses their landline to scam people possibly. Be wary of these callers. they might be trying to see if anyone is home or not to come over to rob your house if no one picks up. Very suspicious and keeps calling when no one is here at my grandparents home. Hope this helps you out. If they are harassing you like they are to me, then Report the number immediately to police please.

I am not the same as Aggravated Grandma, but I like the idea.  This number called one minute after another number was blocked by nomo just as this one was.  I wonder if they are from the same boiler room?

Called again and blocked again.  I think the caller id is supposed to be an abbreviation for Trabuco Canyon in Orange Co, CA.  It once was a beautiful unspoiled natural area, now not so pretty.  It's now full of houses and apparently, scammers.

Do your homework. It's easy to sue telemarketers; they know they are breaking the law, they only hope nobody calls them on it. The Feds are too busy frying bigger fish. It's left to us, the little victims. Fortunately the laws and codes are written in our favor -- they're just not publicized by the news media. The law has a very unusual provision -- the "Private Right of Action." The laws were written the way they were in the hopes that individuals like us would kill the telemarketing industry through "death by a thousand cuts." They can afford the occasional crank filing a lawsuit and collecting a few thousand dollars -- but they would not be able to fight one or two cranks per day. And you know they are making hundreds if not thousands of calls per day.

Google some likely search terms, like "how to sue a telemarketer" (usually that gets you to a book with a pretty good overview); read the Federal laws and see how they apply to your particular violator. The applicable regulations and codes are 47 USC § 227, and 47 CFR §64.1200.  Google those and read carefully.

Hmmm. I think this is the same company that has people accosting customers at the local Home Depot, along with doing door to door solicitation in my neighborhood. They just won't let up!
