949-207-7589

You have either mistyped the number you state you called back or you are posting in the wrong thread (I am going to assume you mistyped).
As to a reason for the call; maybe the caller also mistyped on their keypad, got your number by mistake and realized their error after hearing your voicemail announcement or your voice when you answered and then rudely hung up without apologizing for calling you.

VERY SUSPICIOUS:  Caller from "Unavailable" hung up without identifying self, agency represented or purpose of call.  Return call to 1 949 207 7589 using another phone, rang twice; then two beeps and disconnect.  An "Unavailable" caller from four states away could not possible have legitimate business with resident in four states away without making self known unless call is fraudulent.   Reported to FTC.
