This company called my home and cell phones today stating I need to contact them asap because someone filed a complait against / will start garnishment of my pay... I don't owe anyone or credit cards.

they did the same to me. said i was going to get garnished 25% of my check for a debt i dont know about that has nothing to do with me. wtf?

they called me and said that there was a complaint against me. that they were going to garnish 25% of my paycheck for a credit card i never owned. they said they would settle for $1500 right there and cancel the  garnish. i dont know anything about owning that card.  never had it.

received MANY calls from this number saying they wanted to collect money on a credit account I never had, referring me to collections, stating my credit would be affected.  said I owed $800 but willing to settle for $482 in CASH.

An unknown number called me and gave me this number to contact a person name Angela Cruz to discuss a garnishment.  They said I owed First TN Bank $7000 and I needed to pay the attorney $2500.  The lady was sooooooo rude and even told me to pay my F***ing bills!!!!  WTF!!!!!!

these people called my job and talked to my boss and asked him for a fax number to send over a wage garnishment if i didnt call them back.  Once  I called Angela Curry was not in but transferred me to some random Joe.  He told me I was going to court, sd they have a wage garnishment on me for a credit card from some unrecognizable bank dating back from 2000?  These people are getting sued.  I am a bill collector, and this is not how you go about business.  First of all, there is a staute of limitations on collections and wage garnishment in the state of forida.  Second of all, this is not my bill.  I have never had a credit card with a thousand dollar limit!  But now I owe $2800 but he would take a settlement of $1500.  I told him to fax over the garnishment and  I will see they phony [***] in court.  DEAD!

I to received a call from Angela Cruz, she threatened me with going to my boss and wage garnishment. How do we stop these people?

Got a bizarre phone call from this woman named "Angela Cruz". She didn't not identify what company she was with or what the "important business" we had was. She said it was very time sensitive, which if it was, why were there no details left of this isn't a shakedown?  Found out she also called my Mother! I am 34 years old, and have no credit ties to my Mother that lives thousands of miles away. What a joke!

It's a scam!! Today I received a call from Rosemberg & Ass... Stating I owe $6,000 but they would settle for 1,500 so I hang up, call back only to talk to Angela Cruz. She threatened me by saying that 2 US Marshall's were on their way to my job and give payroll paper work so that my wages can be garnished....WTF!!!!! I don't owe no one nothing.. Crazy B..CH!!! Have tried to call back at 949 229-2735 to give her a piece of my mind but now "Lawrance & Ass.."  answer. What a damn joke!!

If you get a phone call from " ANGELA CRUZ" on the phone cus her out and HANG UP!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam.  Do not give these people any information...  Angela Cruz says she is calling on behalf of Rosemburg & Associates and that you owe a debt and that someone is filing a complaint against you.  She will lie to you and say you owe a debt from First Tennessee Bank and then tell you are being sued.  In addition she will say that a constable is on his way to your house to serve You.  They are now calling from  a 866-241-5733 number.   She will say that you have a debt give you a record number and some bogus amount that you owe.   This is a scam.
