This is a "Vehicle Service Center" calling about your car warranty. They are a front for Sunpath Ltd. (http://gosunpath.com) and you'll almost alway "qualify" for one of their programs. In their BBB responses, they claim are are only a contract administrator and they don't engage in direct solicitation. I personally find that statement to be hogwash, since I've gotten multiple telemarketing calls from "Vehicle Protection Center" that only tries to sell SunPath products - so they should be fully aware of what's going on and are paying these people (either as a telemarketing/marketing firm, lead brokers, or commissions).

This number keeps calling me everyday about some warranty. They call me everyday asking if it's me. I don't say anything. I call back and ask to speak to their manager and they said no and hang up. Anytime I call back now they just hang up on me. Very unprofessional seems like a scam in the first place and I would never do business with this company.

The representative who keeps contacting me keeps trying to talk about my "vehicle warranty" without ever answering how they got ahold of me or if they're connected to my Subaru dealership. The representative speaks rudely ("Nothing you're saying makes any sense, we're calling about your warranty" in response to me asking "Who are you affiliated with? Certainly not my dealership."

called me twice yesterday. First time, my answering machine picked up and they hung up. Same thing within seconds of the first call. Today I answered the call, let them give their schpeel, and then told them they were scammers.  I was then told to "go to hell".  Nice folks, eh?

They call at least twice a day. If I have the time I listen to their script and play along. I let them ramble on about the pricing. Then I start questioning them about seeing the "terms and Conditions" before I would make a payment.  Then you hear all the excuses on why that cant be done. Sometimes they try to direct me to a website, usually gosunpath .com or matrix I then follow along and look at the website. i then mention under my breath something about the better business bureau. I then start hearing excuses. i then keep asking questions regarding their legitimacy. They always hang up. Funny, just as I was writing this review they called again. When I got into telling him that they "spoof" phone numbers ( a fake phone number that shows up as if it is a local call on your caller ID) the guy hung up after I had him cornered.
