Some kind of cash for your house SCAM...

I got call and a post card with a picture of my house...Creepy! One more attempt to contact me will constitute stalking...Police report...TRO...etc.

This is called junk mail.  This site is about phone calls not junk mail.

Got second IDENTICAL postcard yesterday from this Cassie at same phone number!

My mother has gotten over 50 postcards from this .”Cassie” person or not and I received over 20 calls from this number : 949-229-6408, I shouldn’t waited I know now I need to contact police

This is not a criminal matter.  You can take the cards and send them to the Postal Inspectors but I doubt they rise to the level of a criminal investigation.  The calls should be reported to the DNC registry if you are on it and to your State Attorney General's office.

I just got one of these in the mail.  I agree it’s not *illegal* but it is a PITA. If there’s enough information (in this case there’s a phone number and a return address), I go on-line and sign the person up on various mailing lists.

Next year being an election year, I signed “Cassie” up on both the DNC and RNC websites. I figure I’m doing my patriotic duty getting Cassie involved in the political process.

Received a post card from this Cassie character with a picture of our house.  There is no need to take a picture.  I feel personally violated and stocked.
