received call, no msg or ID.

this phone number says it wants to give me a $100.00 reward to use anywhere.  They said they got my number from visiting a website recently.  I called and asked which website and the (reign accented) gentleman said it was from any website.  

3 rings then they hung up.

Same here. I didn't actually talk to anybody, but the recording mentioned something about a rebate card from a website I recently visited. It also said press 2 to be put on their DNCL, but I'm taking that with a grain of salt.

Caller only let my phone ring once. I thought it was one of my friends on Facebook since that and to a few classmates is the only places where I've given out my cell number.

This number keeps ringing twice and hanging up, I m not calling back

I had a similar experience to Anon. I missed the initial call and they left no message. Upon calling back, an automated machine picked up and said I was qualified to redeem a reward of $100. After a bit I was put on the phone with an actual person who explained to me, at the initial cost of $4.95, I could get a reward of $100 to spend at Wal-mart, Target, Best buy.... When I asked how they got my number they said I either took a survey online or gave my information to one of their affiliates (neither of which I ever did). I asked if they have a website and he skirted the question saying that info will be available from his supervisor upon payment confirmation.

2 rings, hung up, no message.   Blocked!

This person is obviously an insecure loser :)
