I keep receiving random calls from 949-258-6862.  When I call back the phone is either busy or a message says this is not a good number.  I have no idea who is calling.  However, there is never a message on the other end.

Same as above. Calls, no answer, no message. Phone readout sees number preceded by multi-digit number, at least 20 digits, beginning with letter V.

Got a call today - the caller ID said IP Telesis.  Did not call back.

Get one call a day from "IP Telesis", never anyone there. Auto caller gone astray or strange marketing ploy?

Got the call , no answer , called bac, got recorded message "all circuits busy"

Receive calls from this number almost daily.  There is no one on the line when I answer and when I've called back I get a message that the number is not valid.

They call daily but when I answer there is no one there.  I call back and a recording says it is not a valid number.

IP Telesis is a VOIP provider located in Salt Lake City, Utah and has local "reps" dialing numbers from bought lists of people like yourself.  If you want to change phone service pick up the phone when they call . . . or call the Utah number and complain, etc.

FYI caller ID can be spoofed and changed.

Just received a call from IP Telesis 949-258-6862. When I answered the call no one responded.

these idiots also call repeatedly in phoenix, 602-354-9023.

they probably have a bank of phones with all the 602-354-90##s.  

602-354-9040 is the Phoenix metro area number that called me with IP Telesis as caller ID. I called it back and it was a telemarketer fundraiser - supposedly for police or firemen org. It may be a spoof or an IP Telesis client using their IP telephony services. (?)

Caller ID shows 'IP Telesis', & ph # of 602-354-9029.  When I looked up the number, it's said it belongs to Stealth Solar. ??  
We never answer if we don't know who it is, & they didn't leave a message.  Just here to figure out what scam someone is pulling this time.

Tech department (In The Middle East) he believes he is talking to the owner of the computer and wanted to discuss out windows computer. We have Dell computers with windows and these people need to get real jobs.
