Got the same message that others are receiving from 949-258-8581. Threatening some sort of legal action if I don;t call back. I think they got info on me off internet recently. I transacted business online. I received some calls like this last year and they suddenly stopped. This happened shortly after I transacted business online. I am beginning to think the two are correlate and I will not be transacting any other business online, eben to save my life!

Yeah, this FOOL called my house today too. I couldn't quite understand what hw qaw saying because of his accent. HE IS NOT AN AMERICAN! He couldn't cuss like an American. Havw any of you ever heard cussing with an accent? It's the funniest sounding stuff. Besides, I'm ex - US Navy. I'm a sailor. You can't out - cuss me.

RUDE AND LYING ABOUT LEGAL ACTION

Someone by the name of Sean Wilson left me a message stating that I had to  contact him or that my attorney should. And if i didn't and disregarded this call that he was going to wish me good luck as this situation unfolds upon me?????? quite threatening!!!! Well i decided to call back so i can then open a can of whip ___. But could not reach anyone i also did some transactions over the internet which might be the reason for this. This is quite illegal harrasment by phone of any kind and if this continues I will seek an attorney!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a scam dont believe anything these people say...... they will curse at you when u ask any relevant questions......

It is a scam. I contacted a company who I have a loan with and they said they were aware of a company using their name. Don't call back.

I think it is a scam they called me at work and tried to scare me but when i started questioning them they quickly hung up. Is there any way we can report to authorities to investigate because i don't think it is right people cant just do that with all your personal info if anyone has any suggestions please reply.

This number called and they claim they are Federal Legislation.  They claimed that a company I had borrowed money from had reported that I did not paid the loan and had filed criminal charges against me.  They confirmed my social and said the police will come to my work place (mentioned name) to arrest me.  I owe nobody any amount of money.  I was a bit worried considering that they had my home and work address; social security number.  What else do they know about me? n I received this call today.  Should I call the police and report?

Yes I received a phone call today with the same number when he wanted to verify my social i told him i wasn't until he told me what company he was with, the guy hung up I tried calling the number back using my home and cell the guy would just hang up, then I finally got him he started making weird sounds, What cn we do about these people who have our information?

I called DC Police who gave me the number to Financial Crimes (202-727-4159).  They advised that I check my credit and follow up on any discrepancies.  I gave them the number as well.  I hope that this company comes under some form of investigation.

He's a stinky indian under the fake name of "Sean Wilson"...He called me under this fake name telling me that I own money to the government, and he had my last 4 digits of my SS. I insulted him so badly with so many bad words and end up the conversation with this fool. He was trying to call me back under a 213-562-4578 phone #, and also under a 911 phone #. He didn't scare me at all...he's suck a freacking idiot.

I reported Mr. Fake to the authorities anyway, just to be on the safe side.
