If they call you, ask for written documentation regarding the matter. If they send it, you have proof that it is BS.

I also got a several calls from these people.hey told me I owe them $397.00 for pay advance ...totally bogus.When I asked them what there address was and other detailed info,the hung up on me.these are the ph # they called me from 1-949-258-8584 and 1-951-582-4830

Same crap said I owed 577 and they were going to have me extradited from Philadelphia to Cali. Please don't fall for this garbage. I snapped on the "fake attorney"

Bogus "law department" threatening criminal charges for a loan that doesn't exist.  If you get a call like this, just hang up.  If they were to "file charges", they would have to prove they paid the money to you.  You can get your bank statements to exonerate yourself.  Don't worry! Amazing how hard Indians and Arabs work at stealing your money!

I contacted the police in my area and the contacted the san fran police and charges are going to be filed against them.  There is a investigation.  The police are making calls from what they told me to see how they conduct themselves over the phone and the calls are being recorded so it will be used in court.  I am very glad that I went straight to my police dept and had them call to get these people under control.

this company called for an employee, our employees deal with accounts, so i asked for an acount number, he gave me the ss# instead. how in the world do they get that kind of information!!!!

I received phone call at work. Robert Palmer was his so called name. Indian or asian accent. I took his phone number and he said he was with legal dept. I informed him i would call him back i was at work. I googled just the phone number and found out it was a scam. I then called this Roberts Palmer and a female answered when i was doing the questioning and not given my information wow how rude they suddenly got. This sure wasn't very professional for a law firm (NOT). I informed them i had reported them to local sheriff dept. boy they hung up quick.....I just might have to keep calling lets see maybe 2:00am i would like to pull these people through the phone.........

This company called me satating I have pending legal action but when asked where they were located ,and verification of the case they kept switching me between people with foreign  accents laughing in the background bogus scams artist be careful people.

I received a call on my cell phone and at my work! Stating that I owed them money for check fraud from a payday advance. They asked me if I worked for (company name) and that the police were on the way to arrest me and drag me off to jail and court. I could barely understand the female on the phone as she had an indian accent. They hung up on me and when I tried to call back I got a female stating that her name was attorney michelle. I asked for her Attorney license number and she refused to give any additional information. They have all my private information and I don't have a clue how they obtained this information. the number they called from is: 949-258-8584

yea these indina sounding people have been calling me for the last 2 days saying the same [***] yall are saying. but the called me from 585-220-420-8050.... WTF??!?!?!?!? So i called one of the numbers and that LaDonna posted and the guy who answered knew who Michelle Brown was and he said my wife took the loan out!!!! I'm not married!!!!! If hey have all this info on me then why didnt they know if I was married and what my address was and where I worked. they didint ahve any of that!!! GTFOH!!!

Called from 951-489-0230 claiming my husband owes the 348.00 from a payday loan. calling police now. do not answer this number, if you do hang up!!!

I recieved a call from (951) 489-0230 The caller Michelle Brown, says I borrowed money from Cash Advance, $4000.00 and I have to pay them $845.77 today or tomorrow I will be arrested, I freakin got scared and was playing along with them, after I got off the phone, I went online put the ph# in and apparently they do this alot to people, I went to the police station and the officer, called them, advised them if they don't stop calling or harrasing, they would be arrested, the caller hung up....I called back to s/w Michelle Brown, she says since I didn't want to settle this loan amt, she will be calling the police to pick me up from work tomorrow, I was at the police station still and said well I am here at the station if you want to make a report...she hung up again...The poilce officer says it is a scam...I was tripping out..Dont pay this to anyone by phone, unless they have creditor account info to call them and negotiate with them....BE CAREFUL OUT THERE...:0

I filed my report today with my local police department.  The officer that took my report called the number and was like I am getting multiple calls from you guys, who is this???  yea, they hung up!!!!  They are scammers!!!!  Be WARE!!!!!  They told me I owed $400 and if i didn't get it to them a month ago they were having me arrested, well today i went off on the Alex Jones (bogus name) i told him that the authorities were tracing the call as we speak and the longer he stayed on the line was the faster he got arrested!!!  Unbelievable!!!  Everyone Please be careful!!!  :-/

Wow. I just received my first round of threatening phone calls from this company today. I could barely make out what they were saying but I was positive they were Indian.. They left messages that sounded very suspicious and then when I tried to call the number back it wouldnt ring. They called me 4 times and when I finally answered they said I had legal charges pending against my name and social and they even went on to tell me my place of employment as well as my full social and email address. I was like what in the hell is going on. They said I owed a payday loan from cash advance which I had never heard of in my life. They also were very rude and told me to not speak until they were finished reading the charges against me. Again, I could barely make out what the hell they were saying. But I sat on the phone and listened as he rambled on and said someone would be at my job at 4pm today and that his name was Attorney Mark Williams and he was calling from the Department of Legal Affairs and Investigation.Once I googled this company, I received this page saying the number as well as the fact that this is all a scam. I am so upset that they have my information and I am wondering how many times they will call me before they lose my number He also got mad when I told him that I could barely understand what he was saying and if he could speak a little slower and he laughed in offense and continued to speak in the same fast manner.
