Usual junk call routine, caller ID identified a city (Rancho Viejo), no message left. Internet search indicated this is an "alternative energy" hustle. If they have a legitimate product, how about some legitimate marketing? How about it, hosers?

These [***] call me 3-4 x/winter from a different 949 number since I block them each time and report them each time. They are HARASSING me nonstop calling all hours. EFFING pond scum

Good thing you guys report this #. Yup, didnt answer , no message, immediately blocked! My # is in the do not call. Geez... how irritating.

They called my very private cell phone number at 10:53 AM PDT on 30 March 2016. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. My phone numbers are on the Do Not Call list. I will report them to DoNotCall.gov.

If this is the same "Clean Energy Alliance", then I have been getting multiple calls per day from these people with different caller IDs in multiple area codes.

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was 3 general locations of San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and Atascadero, California on Rancho Viejo with all having a service provider of XO Communications, Inc.-CA, which is a favored by scammers since they sell Voip Systems. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a VoIP System to phish for personal information while running some scam. A legitimate business would never hide their identity and scramble their location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

Called twice (once immediatly after the first missed call) did not leave a message either time.  I blocked their number.

I didn't answer but they left a message sounding like Middle Eastern language, nothing intelligible. Blocked and ignored.  Crazy guys!
