    Man said he was with Microsoft and needed to remove a virus on my computer.  Told him we had contract with ATA to do that. He said his company was ATA and they were giving us a refund on our contract.  He wanted to remove virus and mail refund to me. Gave him access to remove virus then he wanted my checking acct info. I refused and he deleted everything off my computer. No access to my computer now.

    IF you had any banking information on the computer, call the bank NOW!  Also keep an eye on your contact list.  Do not trust the LIAR & THIEF that called you.  He has NOTHING to do with Microsoft or ATA.  Take the computer to a local certified repair person.  Hopefully they can get the unit back in operation.
