They have called me twice.  I ignored them the first time and they called me back 2 hrs later and left no voicemails. Does anybody know who this is?

I don't know who they are but they called me a couple times as well.  I ignored figuring they would leave a message if it was important and well, no messages ever.

they are trying to sell medical insurance. cold calling. DO NOT ANSWER.  VERY RUDE AND HANG UP WHEN WE TOLD THEM WE WERE ON THE DO NOT CALL!

Just silence on the other end.

It was silent, then there was a ping sound, and a female robot said "Good Bye".  I think they are confirming phone numbers on a calling list.  

A lady said hello and then hung up. I can hear the loud call center in the background. Caller ID has SURVEY

They say they are with an insurance company and the calls are border line abusive, I  want them to stop calling me...

Repeated calls but she wont tell me her name or the company and hangs up on me! I advise im on do not call list, call number back and it says press any number to put on do not call list but im sure that works...

First they were calling me from 1-800-711-5145, they tried with that number at least twice a day for about 2 weeks. Extremely rude and aggressive, finally I blocked the number. Today, same woman, same script, new number 1-949-281-6862. They are clearly selling something that nobody should want..  whoever they are (the woman claimed insurance but then was extremely evasive about who she was with) do not do business with them, they are awful. Seriously, this woman who refused to give me any contact information or even a call back number has told me I am "useless" twice just because she didn't get her way and has hung hung up on me every time I have asked for more information. I have tried calling back both numbers and each lead to a dead end recording, one a "vacation survey" the other with an option to remove yourself from a list, though I doubt it does anything. Do not do business with these people, they are not a real business but a bunch of scam artists.

Calls our business from time to time. Today they called twice in row, about ten minutes apart. The second time I answered and she began asking me all kinds of invasive questions about what medical insurance I had.

I gave her a fake name and fake insurance and continued to talk over me while I told her I was completely happy with my fake insurance and that I couldn't have these kinds of calls at work.

I would be completely blown away if this company makes any money at all with this kind of cold calling.

Called me tonight, I saw the caller ID of "V8202150290001073382" so I let it go to voice mail.  On my system I can hear the outgoing and incoming voicemail recording, while my message was playing a woman said "Hello?", then immediately hung up as the recording continued.  

Just got a call, let it go to voice mail.  CID said 'survey".  One more added to the call blocker.

why dosen't  "do not call list" work?? Why can't someone do something to punish these scumbags?? so annoying. Wouldn't do business with these idiots if they were giving away GOLD!!

Why doesn't the no call list work? If the FCC does nothing to stop false advertising on Television which is on a biblical scale why would they even care about it on a phone? We have all of the rules and regs in place for just about every form of fraud already. We're fairly good at making those rules but lack courage to enforce them.

This has nothing to do with student loans.  It is a skimming fraud operation.

These people need a student loan to teach them what it means when people ask them to stop calling and remove them from their calling list.

Keep calling early mornings. Never leave a message. On do not call list. I swear I get more calls now than i ever did before.

Student loan my a**.  They are scammers who try to get you to give up your personal information so they can steal your identity.
