Called and left no message. Sure must have been important -- Not!! I didn't pickup because I don't recognize the number. These guys can waste their time all day long....

I've had three calls today from 949. 949-555-1212, 949-766-9182, and this one. No one spoke each time so I'm sure its a scam. Another poster thinks someone calls to see if someone is home. Whatever the case, I have blocked each on my Panasonic phone.

Well, I answered cuz it was a local number and the guy almost had me signed up for a handyman service consultation - I have been looking for a handyman. When I pressed for their website he started getting a little nasty then finally blew it - 'I'm starting to think you're a real [***]' he said to me really aggressively. I laughed and told him that he now had a curse upon him and hung up. Thank God I didn't give him my address. This is a total scam, they are either trying to get into your home or ask for a deposit or something. Wow, felt like a close call.

I received a call from this unknown number.  I don't answer unfamiliar numbers and they didn't leave a message.  All of the scammers only let the phone ring 3 times before hanging up to avoid the answering machine.

Called looking for homeowner, extremely rude, hang up right away when you say something they don't like. Non-stop calls.

Called. Left no message.

Called, hung up when they got answering machine/voice mail

This number just called again; no message left.

Sounds like we are just a select few on this guy's call list. I live in Lake Forest, CA. This number called me again today. I'm going to report it to the FCC now since the number calls me every day. This is harassment. I also got the 10th call this month from the recorded voice "Dana" who says "stop what you are doing and listen to this" crap. I reported that number to the FCC and listed how many times they have called from Private Number. AT&T also says I can block "private number" calls by hitting *77. I'm going to do that now. For this 949 number, they will charge me to block 10 calls but it is worth it.

This number called me yesterday....on SUNDAY!  I will never answer unknown numbers.

Called. I did not answer as I didn't recognize number. Caller hung up when answering service came on. No caller company name.

Was a rude person pretending to be a home improvement contractor service in my area.  I asked a question and he used some choice words and hung up.  I blocked him on my HTC One.

One ring on a Sunday.  Why?  No name.  Just phone number.  Blocked.

Dripping Scumf*ck calls in the middle of me having to correspond updates with injured family members. I wish the MOST severe, bloody, violent, horrifying forms of r*ctal  and g*nital cancers on these foul toilet licking, one digit IQ f*ckwits.

IF I COULD FIND ONE, AND JUST ONE OF THESE SH*TSTAINS - THEY  WOULD HAVE A SIZE 13 STEEL TOED BOOT UP THE BACKSIDE AND ANOTHER DOWN THE THROAT REQUIRING SURGERY AT THE MIDSECTION, HOPEFULLY WITH RUST ENCRUSTED TOOLS, TO REMOVE SAID BOOTS. And that's if I'm in a good mood and I'm REALLY watching my language here.

A girl said she was calling for her father, who is a handyman in the area, and she is wondering if I have work needed on my house.
Sounds like a good scam line she perfected after trying to get her foot in the door.

This number has called me twice this morning. Each time leaving a message that just sounds like noise. My caller ID says it's originating from Laguna Beach, CA. Anyway, block.

Phone screen displayed LAGUNA BEACH CA and this number. I didn't answer and no message was left. Blocked.

Got a call from this number. Only answered because I am looking for a job and have resumes out. Well he asked for my mom by name on my cell phone. I just said "you have the wrong number." Which is true. This is not her phone. He just said "oh!" All surprised. Then I hung up. I have had this number call me many times in the last couple of weeks.

Called by this number. Giggling boys, knew my name, hung up when I asked who it was.
