I answered the phone and said hello. The caller asked for me by my last name. I said, "May I ask who is calling?" He said, "Well you can. Actually, no, you can't. I called last night and your husband was real nice and you're not so you can (then began yelling) go to [***] hell." Then he hung up. My daughter could hear his offensive words from across the room. I do not have a husband, but the man who was watching my daughter the previous evening said he answered a phone call from a man asking about whether or not I wanted to refinance with an FHA loan. The person at my house said I was not there and to call back the next day. Same caller?????

Caller tonight said he'd called me in 2015 regarding my second mortgage (1st flag). Also mentioned he was with a new company now, though he did not give me the new company name (2nd flag). Instead, he quickly changed script and tried to rush me into allowing him to send me an email regarding consolidating my mortgages (3rd flag). I told him I wasn't interested to which he replied, "You're a f***ing idiot!", and promptly hung up.

Wow,  I had a very interesting call from imbecile who identified himself as Nelson ( I couldn't understand his last name) and he was with Laguna financing or something. He had asked about my refinancing in 2014 and wanted to know if I was  wanting to refinance at 3.25% and I told him no. He then asked for my husband because he didn't want to talk to me as I sounded like a [***] [***]😳 And then immediately hung up.  I really need to know how to block unwanted callers on a land line!!!!!

Weird guy just called. He said remember talking last year when you told me your mortgage rate was  3.75 or 4%. I said my mortgage rate  is 3.25. He said and I quote roughly “you liar. I wasted time looking you up you effing prick..”. I exclaimed “what!?” And immediately hung up.  We get a lot of calls from people wanting to get us a new mortgage but never one like this  and he didn’t just say “effing.”

Loud rude guy called saying new our names and seeking fha info from two years ago.  I said odd he called so late.  Said That was [***] rude to say.  We hung up immediately!

This guy called and knew my name, then started yelling something about "if you don't something something, I'm coming to your house and I'm gonna chop you up!" And then promptly hung up.

Same guy called me. I was trying to rationally tell him why I didn't want to refinance my house and he yelled, "You stupid mother f***er. You're a dumb ass." Then he hung up.

This same man this afternoon, asked me my name, and got angry when I asked who was calling. He screamed "Go to hell" and then diconnected.

This man starts screaming "Go the hell," and has been doing the same to people for about four years.
