- wc replies to davie daveI happened to me too. I called Verizon Wireless to check if I can change my calling plan. The call went OK. No problem there. A few minutes later, I got this number calling my cell phone. There is no caller ID, so I did not pick up. When I google this number, I got to this web site. If there was called ID, saying it was Verizon Wireless, I might have picked up the call. I have no beef with them. Why there is no caller ID? It makes no sense.
- cpdo not call me anymore
- Private| 1 replyI didn't answer because they did not identify who they were.

- ahnI get calls from this number w/ no msg. I don't want to call them back, but this keeps happening.
- HateSpamI got a call from this number about 20 min after ordering a new phone from Verizon. I'm on the national DNC list. BAD VERIZON!
- mush replies to cmpratherEver hear of Comcast... Sorry could not resist... Googled this ph number cause I had no idea who it was.... Guess what, I've never called Verizon for anything, I go to the store if I need something...
- bjjts replies to lynnI called Verizon on my land line and was getting billing info. 2 minutes after hanging up my cell phone rang. I missed the call so I don't know what they wanted.
- nancydid not pick up the call. ignored. got another earlier today
- David WThe person on the other end wanted to do a survey regarding my call to Verizon. I couldn't understand the person because of their heavy accent. The person, I couldn't tell if it was a man or a woman got annoyed with me when I asked several times for the questions to be repeated, I was very polite to the person until he/she raised their voice and told me to listen to them carefully and just answer the questions asked. I politely told them that I could not understand them and I had no problem doing a survey. I asked if I could speak to someone that spoke English and the person said, " I SPEAK ENGLISH"! Well, I understood that loud and clear. The person refused to put on a supervisor so I hung up.

- David WVerizon called back and I didn't answer; Verizon left a message stating that they wanted me to call a certain number and do an automated survey. I won't waste my time. That offer should have been made on the first call they made to me. I am on the Do Not Call List and they should not be calling me in the first place.

- Amelie replies to CHERI@ Cheri - The calls are coming out of Costa Mesa CALIFORNIA not Costa Mesa Mexico. Either way, very annoying. The call woke me up, thought it was work calling. No one calls me that early unless it's urgent. Sorry to hear it's Verizon as i have always had marvelous treatment and customer service with these people. They definitely have the best coverage so I don't want to go to anyone else. Several friends went to AT&T when the iPhone came out and they all regret it. Crappy service and crappy coverage. But I'm bummed if Verizon is going to start "survey calling" me. I never agreed to one, either.
- Bill F Phila PaI usually check the number before answering the phone, but I was waiting for a serious call from my doctor. The call was disconnected and luckily it was from this number.I just fiished speaking with a person from Verizon. Time to change carriers because 80 mins a month total useage for incoming and outgoing calls at $ 40 a month plus taxes is way to much.
Now I know that I'll be nixing Verizon.- Caller: Verizon
- nancyi received a text with this number saying it was a family member's name and they changed their number to this. When I tried to text back it said it was a landline. When i called it, it said it was
verizon wireless.- Caller: 101/160
- K replies to cmpratherFunny, every time I've had to call Verizon I have received wonderful service. So, I'm not sure what company you're talking about. Earlier this year I was going on a cruise and had heard how expensive it was to use your cellphone onboard. So, I called Verizon to find out how I could use my phone as an alarm clock without running up any usage charges. The rep could have said "yeah, there's no way" to get the company more money. But instead she told me exactly what to do. My roommate racked up over $1,000 in fees while I had $0. Bad customer service? I don't think so.
- knowledgeable oneIf you call
Verizon tech support you may get a call from them, I don't work for Verizon the calls are not coming at 3-4 am that's knowing it's verizon one letter to FCC would halt that ,,
The only problem I had is the phone is degrading new Android will be third and refurbished I did not sign for a refurbished phone,The call is a survey of the tech support which generally is quite good- Caller: Verizon Wireless

- AndyI got called twice by this number, after phoning Verizon Wireless to report a problem with one of their cellular towers which is broken.
Yup, it was for the survey. The odd thing was, I NEVER said (nor was asked) if I wanted to do the survey after the call. I guess it is no longer optional. You will be called no matter what.
I didn't answer either call directly. One of them (the second one?) went through to voicemail. The recorded message was very distorted but intelligible. It directed me to call another number to complete their survey. I did that. It appears nobody at Verizon bothered to listen back to the survey questions/instructions, as one of them is garbled and unintelligible (and always that way even when I had it replay that question several times). Ha! Verizon is so inept!- Call type: Survey
- Marilyn BaumgrasI have received 2 calls today from this # Where are they coming from?
- Caller: Verison
- Kristen MorseI did not agree to another survey today as I would be at work. The caller ID should identify itself as Verizon to be up front or at least leave a message.
