Bill Collector - stated trying to deliver "court documents"  -- refused to remove my telephone number even when they told the person they are trying to reach has not had this number in over five years!

Tell him he's wasting his time. That you know he's a fraud and that if he keeps calling a Consumer Atty. will help you make him more aware of it. Then ignore him or block his calls.

Harrased my sister -
Threatended with Consumer Atty as stated here and he hung up.

Just a identity thief. Found he has been reported on other websites.

They are trying to find an EDWARD Kaminski and are apparently dialing every Kaminski they can find about the delivery of "court documents".   A search of their number online reveals them to be a debt collecting agency.  I called them and demanded they remove my number from there list.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER CLAIMING TO BE PDS SERVICES THEY WERE TRYING TO DELIVER COURT DOCS IGNORED THEM AND GOT SERVED AT WORK AND LOST MY JOB TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT NOW I HAVE A COURT DATE

Well, now that you've been "served" you can enlighten us all with the information provided on your summons. Such as the legitimate address, phone number and names of the plaintiffs as stated on your court papers. The name(s) of their Attorneys & their bar numbers along with the states they're licensed to practice in. Summons & Docket #s and the jurisdiction you're to appear in. Anything to help prove you're legitimate would help.
Somehow I don't think you'll be providing us with a damn thing....because you're a SHILL!
