Stated call was regarding an open case. Sounds like a scam

Got a call and my dad got a call with the same exact message. It was clearly a recording. All voicemails use my maiden name. Definitely a SCAM!!!

Same as the others. Using a closed credit account from 12+ years ago, asking me to pay double today or quadruple thru payment plans to "settle out of court" don't communicate with these people 949 391 2238

Wife and I both received the same call, the guy used her email name to identify her, which means he bought a list. Same guy called me two years ago, I invited the "agent" to show up at my home. I guaranteed him he would be met by the sheriffs dept.... they never showed up. Scare tactics folks, used to scare money out of you. Ignore them.
