- Joy replies to MaggieI’ve been receiving the same messages as well and report it to my real student loan company!!! I just receive a phone call with a live person ( female and her English is well) with reference number. Be aware and contact you real student loan company!!!
- Idareceived call regarding student loan forgiveness. asked for email etc. I believed it to be a scam as they wanted me to give them a code that was emailed to me so they could look at my loan. The code came from my actual student loan but it stated that the code would change my password. I did not give them the code as this would also give them access to my account etc.
