    "Are you having a hard time paying your mortgage? Do you need help restructuring the mortgage to get a lower payment? If so, reply HELP. To cancel, reply STOP"

    This is the first "Text Spammer" I've ever received, how do these people get my number? I don't even own a house! Why in the blue f*** are they sending messages at that hour of the night?

    i just got the same exact text at 1:09am. Its crap thatthey got my number bc i never put my number on anything, always my house number if somebody needs it. These kinds of texts need to stop.
