Law office

No answer when I call. It says wait and then beeps like number busy.... So what am I suppose to do?

Wanted to know if someone would be home to take a summons. #34071-19. Will not tell you what it is about.

Husband got a message for his ex wife, stating that they wanted him to contact them to avoid legal issues if he did not have his ex call them back immediately to schedule another appointment to sign legal documents.  Why are we getting a call about her now?  They have been divorced for over 3 years.  Not our problem.  Doc # 13647-19

You are getting calls because this is probably a dishonest or "fake" debt collection agency who uses software (some publicly available) which list all known associates (and ex-spouses and in-laws show up).  We have seen these vermin call people regarding ex-spouses from over ten years ago.  If my hunch is correct, these are criminals who have no boundaries and respect no laws.

Since debt is a civil and not criminal issue, no one will be arrested ever.  Second, if someone is getting "served" they never get the heads up first.  Don't sweat it and enjoy your hollidays

I got the call from ctf referring me to the 949 number - says its howard and associates- did anything come of your phone call? Is this a scam?

I got the same call..Howard and Associates for a CTF summons...949 area code
