Unknown Name , Newport Beach calls and hangs up after 4 rings

Left message saying they had spoke to us about a biz loan in a prior cal. Lie.
So they are scummy fake loan criminals

Says Orange County CA.
I don't answer unknown calls. I look here first.  Thanks guys for taking the time to report what you know. I haven't gotten any of these calls for awhile. (A few weeks as opposed to several a week). I hope the FCC or whoever goes after these guys is cracking down. As opposed to them thinking up some other scam that we haven't detected yet. Perhaps they are vacationing on the Riviera with the $ that they scammed from us.

Offering business loan saying they spoke to me about 3-4 months ago (which is a lie). Spam, don't answer. Another one on the block list.

My experience is identical to CJ (from 19 mins ago). 'Dana' called and read out exactly the same message, down to the last word, and with the same 'Merchant Funding Services' ID.

Dana : "We may have spoken to you about, I don't know, 3 or 4 months ago". They are now added to the blocked calls list.

Like other people here, I've added them to the blocked calls list. I'm slowly getting to the point where I won't answer any calls with an unfamiliar ID.

Just received a call from this number at 11:37 am. Here's the transcript of the message left on VM: "tina over at street hi this is dana over at state line funding giving you a call back i may have spoken with you about 3 or 4 months ago about a business loan for your company just giving a follow up call to see if you need any funding at this time we have a couple of brand new loan products with respectable rates and it only takes a few minutes to qualify if that sounds like something you'd be interested in please call us back at 767049 401 hope to hear from you soon again that number is 767000 for 9401"

Same thing, but my call was from "Tiffany" at "Formula Capital". Otherwise the exact same script.

Hi this is Dana over at merchant funding services giving you a call back. Odd I have not caled any one for any business or none business cash flow..... Must be scalping number off of web site cause the number they called is list on web site only. Asked to return her call at 888 770 4917 this number is out of Birmingham Alabama so. From Newport beach California to alabama.......

As well left a VM and mentioned some call 3-4 months ago regarding a business loan.  I don't have a business.

Same old b.s.  I just let it ring. Would like to blow the loudest whistle in their ear, but usually no one is on these annoyance robo calls! With all the power in this country,m we can't shut down these scum bags????!!!!

Got a call from 949-423-6138. Didn't answer. No message was left.

I answered the call nobody on the other end they hung up after about 30 seconds.

Called and left an empty voice mail. Added to reject list
