Called on Wed., 4/24/19, Caller ID San Juan Capistrano, CA.  Went to voicemail, no message.  Research showed this number is associated with Carmen Torres, Sales Executive, Proweaver, Region VII, Central Visayas, Phillipines. These fools have been harassing me for over a year on landline and cell phone, email, and fax.  I have specifically asked them NOT TO CALL, remove me from their list, and not to email me, reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and also reported them to the FCC.  Since they are calling with myriad different numbers from area code 949, I searched the California Secretary of State website and could not find a business license for these thugs.  It appears that these crooks are operating from a call center in the Phillipines, using US phone numbers looking to scam US citizens. Their website does not list a physical address just more phone numbers with area code 949, various SoCal city IDs and emails.  In the last couple of months, I have received calls from 15 different phone numbers with this area code.
