    Called cell at8:51 PM, CID "unknown," although 590 exchange is Irvine CA.  Voicemail caught a couple of seconds of boiler room type noise.  Irvine to s the source for the majority of annoyance calls.

    Called cell at 6:55 PM, CID Irvine CA.  Phone caught 36 seconds of boiler room chatter in a foreign language, possibly Middle Eastern.  Whoever they are the are persistent pests.  Fortunately I found a good phone app that send all these idiots yo voicemail.
