PS: If you talk with them and they offer a deal to get you to send them money, DON'T, they take your money, By Wire Only, and start calling again the next day, seems who ever you talked with yesterday, didn't really have the authority to make that offer. Real [***].

That is Capitol One Auto FInance, they have several different numbers that they use to call,  every 1/2 hour yes even after you pay your bill.  They will take a payment over the phone, however you have to pay them a fee, processing charge I believe they said.  Half the time the call centers are not here in the US, but in INDIA. I have tried to find out where several of my payments went when I have proof they were paid.  They said, there was no record.  These people are the administrators for Onyx whoever they may be.  I will never deal with Capitol One again in any capacity.  The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.  They also have robo calls.  It borders on harrassment, almost every half hour or so.  Really bad news.
