I received a call from this number at work stating it was PGE going to shut off our electricity in a few minutes if we didn't pay $13K.  The person had our PGE account number.  I pulled the invoice and we had no past due amount and the next due date was 6/30, today was 6/23.  I told the caller I would call the number on the statement, and he said that they couldn't stop the electricity being shut off until I paid right now.  I admit I almost gave him a credit card number, but figured how could it hurt to call the number on our PGE statement and possibly buy a little more time?  It was a total scam.
