This number calls my phone multiple times a day. I never answer numbers I don't recognize, so I never actually pick up. Several other 949-681 numbers contact me as well, I'm assuming they're all from the same place. I don't know if its a collection agency or a scammer organization, but either way I don't owe money so I'm not worried about it. They may be trying to reach the previous owner of my number, as I get a lot of calls for the guy who used to have my number. Never give out personal info on the phone without verifying legitimacy.

I called this number back and they would not tell me the name of their company and when I asked to talk to a manager, they hung up with me. They are clearly a scam working from a dark side. They also use other numbers like 949-681-6458, 6468 and beyond. So if you get a call starting with 949-681, beware, block and do not answer.
