first number shows up as 563-538-5792 phone only rang once then went to voice mail. Per Jennifer with student loan services (I paid off my loans in 1993) at 949-688-7414, asked me to call so they could help me pay off my student loans or something like that

I received the same phone call just now! Exact same script.

Same script as above... caller id shows 272-295-1217 but the call back is supposed to be 949-688-7414

Same thing happened to me earlier today, same script and callback number. I have NO student loans and never did. Sounds like a scam to me.

Jennifer is a good voice actor she mumbles during the relevant parts of the call as a social engineering trick to get you to call back.

Had the same exact script. Call came in on 786-418-0348 and wanted a call back to help me with student loan forgiveness at 949-688-7414. Scam for sure.  Jennifer is busy.

Somebody called abt returning my call, which I never made, said they'd sent email & texts about student loans. I finished college a long time ago on the pay as you go plan. No one in our family has any student loans.
