This person called threatening to send sealed documents and officials to home if we did not call them back by today, Friday.  Supposedly there was a complaint and we needed to cooperate.  It's a little unnerving, but I believe I have received something similar in the past and it wasn't legit.  Another scare tactic, but still scary to think that people send out calls like this to unsuspecting elderly people.

This is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.
Oh, and they "send out calls" to everyone, not just the elderly.

Called me and left a voice mail message for my elderly father threatening to come to the property address if no contact is made today to serve legal documentation.  Caller identified himself as Connor Davis, a bonded agent #7936 for Document Courier Services.

I've received a message from a robocall healthcare provider with a request to provide verification for a healthcare ID card that I did not have.  Kept on asking me yes or no questions.  I hanged up.
